Place information
Include the place name, region, the information that needs correction and the official page or notice you used. Opening hours, admission and reservations may change, so please check the operator’s current notice before you travel.
Service problems
Tell us the page address, device and browser, what you tried and what happened. A screenshot can help, but please remove addresses, trip details and other personal information before sending it.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, use the same email address. The operator will check only the information needed to handle your request and reply by email. See the privacy policy for how requests and messages are handled.
The operator checks messages two to three times a week. For on-site conditions or an urgent booking change, contact the venue directly.
